: If I have one equity holding (investment)in 2 different sub-portfolios is it possible to create a report that takes all the data and looks at that equity holding in total (ie on a total portfolio basis). Currently when I list the value of the master portfolio it lists stock A twice.

Hi Rupert,

If you choose to list by "Symbol", rather than "Investment", all investments with a common symbol will be consolidated into a single line. You set this in the Report Settings dialog when you create the report, or you can edit the listing by choosing "Edit / Report Settings...".

Thanks,
Mark
