New Portfolio

I have created a 2nd additional master portfolio, which is listed as one of the 4 most recent accessed portfolios. However when I click on this portfolio in the file menu I am faced with a Fund Manager Personal screen with nothing but the option of creating new investments.
When I open the 1st portfolio I can access the full list of toolbar options.
I also notice that the investment data that I downloaded (from Quicken) into this 2nd portfolio is saved in my data file but it is hidden from me (presumably in this 2nd portfolio which I am unable to access).
Please advise
