Hi Joe,

Are you still having this trouble? Usually the OFX server is a different server than the one you view through your web browser, so it may be that their OFX server was simply down for some time. If you retrieve just this account, and then look at the logs, are they empty? See the "Technical details" at the bottom of this page for more info on the logs:
