: : Mark --
: : That worked for me. However, I am a bit curious how things would work out if I had two short sales of two different stocks which overlapped it time. I haven't had this sittuation yet so don't quite know how to test. Guess I could make up some 'fake' trades in .csv format?

: : As always, thank you so much for your rapid response.

: Hi Keith,

: What is it about this situation that you're wondering about? You would just have 2 different investments, and they each have their own independent transactions. When a short position is opened it is recorded as a sell, and when it is closed, it is recorded as a buy. The two are separate, and shouldn't affect each other? I somehow suspect I've missed your question...?

: Thanks,

If the stocks have no name, how does FM match up a buy with the correct sell?
