: : : I just spent 10 minutes writing and editing an absolutely brilliant message. Then tried to submitted it. I then received an error message saying that I must enter my name. OK, so I backed up and entered my name and submitted again. Again an error message, this time I was told to enter the security code. However, looks like two strikes and your out in this game. When I tried to backup, my original message was gone. I'm now despondent. All my brilliance is drained out.

: : I have written about the same problem. also, how it complains about missing security code, suggests using back to enter it,but then doesn't provide a place to enter it.

: Hi Jeffrey,

: If you use your browser's "Back" button, do you see the place to enter the security code? This seems to work okay when I test it. Maybe I'm not following the right steps to reproduce this problem? Here is what I do:

: Enter name, subject, and message, but leave out the security code.
: Click "Post Message".
: I see the error, and then hit the "Back" button on my browser. I have the security code edit box to enter in the security code.

: Thanks,
: Mark

:
i leave off the name and security code, enter comment, hit 'submit followup'
i then get a message saying the necessary fields are name, subject and message, i fill in my name. hit post message
then, in BIG RED LETTERS, telling me security code is needed. use browser back button. i do this, but no place to enter security code is found.
if i hit back again, i am taken to original page where i can enter name (it is now missing again) and security code. in the past i had done this and my original message was missing. the security code should be mentioned on the first error message, including a place to enter it.
