Hi Joe,

Well, I'd suggest starting off by checking the retrieve options. Are you retrieving for "All Dates", and do you have "Skip Investments Already In Fund Manager" checked? Maybe the transactions are alread in there, and are just being skipped? If neither of these is the case, then we need to look at the log files, and see the raw data being returned from the OFX server. You can also turn on logging in MS Money, so we can compare what is different. Please retrieve in Fund Manager and then in Money, and send us a copy of the log files for each. I would need the "ofxpost.txt" and ofxretr.txt" log files from Fund Manager. MS Money has very similar log files, but the names are slightly different, depending on the version you're using. Here is some more information on the log files:

Fund Manager logs:
After a transaction retrieve there will be 3 log files in the Fund Manager folder: "ofxretr.txt", "xmldump.txt" and "ofxmemtrandump.txt". The first is the raw data received from the OFX server. The second is a more human readable format of the first log file. The third is a list of transactions Fund Manager parsed from this response. Some of the displayed fields in this third log file will have either a "(1)" or a "(0)" after them, indicating whether or not they were read in from the received data (1), or are at their default value (0).

MS Money logs:

Thanks,
Mark
