: : : In Options/Preferences/Display/Significant Digits/other I can't get the share digits to change. Nothing happens using the up or down arrows. I get the curser blinking in the very small narrow cell and no matter how many time I click on it I can't get it to respond.

: : Hi Bill,

: : Do you see a number displayed here? The acceptable values are 0 through 6, so if you're at 6, the up arrow will stop doing anything, and if you're at 0, the down arrow won't decrease it any more. If this isn't it, maybe you could send me a screen shot? I just tested it here, and it appears to be working okay.

: : Thanks,

: Mark,
: I can't get a number in the cell. I know the mechanics of how to set a number but I can't get a number in the cell. The cell also seems a bit narrow but should be big enough for a single digit number. I can get the cell blinking with a vertical cursor, but I can't get the cell to show a number. I don't have a digital camera so I can't send screen shot. I'm guessing (?) this may have happended since upgrading to 7.5. Maybe I should download upgrade again?? What do you think?

Hi Bill,

I suspect the problem may be that the edit control is too narrow on your system to display the digit. I don't think it will help to re-download. To send a screen shot you don't need anything but your computer.

To Send A Screen Shot:

1) Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.
2) Open up the Paint program. It is under "Start / All Programs / Accessories".
3) Use "Edit / Paste" inside Paint.
4) Do a File / Save As... to save this screen shot to a file.
5) Attach this saved image to an email back to us. To get our email, fill out the contact form at: http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/contact.html and when you submit it, you'll see our email address.

Thanks,
Mark
