Email Compromised

I have some questions, but main my purpose for posting this is as an fyi..

I have one of those flexible email accounts that allow me to add a unique string to the email address. This allows me to give out unique address to all the companies I do business with, such as fund manager. I have just received a spam message on my unique fund manager email addresss.

Question for everybody:
This particular spam had a subject of "Attracting women is so easy now!". Anybody else receive this spam recently (Friday, Nov 26)?

Question for Mark:
I'm fairly certain you would never intentionally sell out our email addresses. It would make no sense to do so.
- Do you use a 3rd party vendor when sending out email announcements?
- Do you know if your website or website files have been compromised?
