Reguardless of the software used, I shouldn't get the message above.
Sorry you're experiencing this hassle. Everything you said is correct, Fund Manager uses the same mechanism as Quicken/Money to retrieve, so if you have this trouble in Fund Manager you would also have this trouble in Quicken/Money, which Schwab says they do support. Another idea to help with the debug, and maybe get more support, is to download a free evaluation copy of Money, and reproduce the problem with that tool. Thanks,
