You can check under "Investment Properties.../Other" to make sure this
investment is marked for retrieving. Also, you can double check the symbol
that you don't have a space or something around it. Also, look under
"Edit/All DAta..." with the "Prices" data type to see if the price is actually
recorded or not. The graph date range could be accidentally locked, misleading
you that the prices aren't being updated. Thanks,
