: : : : The byte size is ok. I tested the downloaded file on my desktop and it starts installation fine. The same file unzips on my laptop and starts the installation process, but the following message comes on, "Failed to create wizard dialog, error 0. Set Up aborted."

My laptop does not have Internet Explorer and I have limited hard disk space. If this is the reason, is there a way to get a version not dependent upon Internet Explorer?

: : you need, besides a plain installation of Windows 95 or above. I haven't heard

: : self-extracting .exe, or a .zip file? Maybe you have the .zip file, but don't
: : have any unzipping program? If you download the .exe (the default if you get

Hi Bill,
I had replied to an e-mail from your computer repairman about trying to
run the program that updates your common control DLL. Did he help you run that?
