Automatic Retrieve Under Windows XP

Just upgraded to Windows XP and since the upgrade, I have lost my nightly automatic retrieve of prices via scheduled task. I have set up a scheduled task to RUN: C:\FundMgr\fm.exE C:\FundMgr\My_Data\PURTELL.MM4 \I \Q. When I click on the started task and select RUN, Fundmgr starts but does not retrieve prices. If I go into Edit and select Retrieve Internet, prices get updated as they should. Everything was ok under Windows ME, seems like it just just stopped retrieving under XP.

Got any clues----you usually do. Appreciate any assistance.
