Australian Indexes

My share prices are updating with no difficulty using the Australian Stock Exchange quote server but it doesn't update the indexes - for instance, I'm using XAO for the All Ordinaries without success.

Also, what is the best way to include an index - set it up as an investment with 0 shares and just use the current value of the index?

Is this covered in the Help Menus? I think I included the $2 for the electronic copy of the manual when I registered. How can I retrieve it?
