: Ok...here's the prob...i have an investment account set up (Brokerage) with a linked cash account. When i download certain transactions like the interest for the linked cash account, it will treat it like a stock (it wants me to pick a fund symbol)...so i have had this symbol in for while, but now sometimes...i try to accept the downloaded transaction (for example a divident of say $30), and it says that i need to break up the transaction into 2 to cover the short sales, or soemthing to that extent.

: Any ideas?
: Do i have the wrong kind of account set up?

: Thanks for any help.
: Brett

Hi Brett,
Is this a question on Quicken or Fund Manager? Sounds like Quicken...

Thanks,
Mark
