: : Hi Mark, : : FM 6.0 prof is really great and working without any fault on win 98. : : On win xp prof. i just found out, that when you go to the "investment sort by " menu, and then directly to one of the stocks, shown below, the windows start to switch very fast and dont stop anymore. You have to click outside to stop this behaviour. This doesn't happen with win 98 2.nd ed. : : I thought, it might be important for you, to know this strange behaviour of this tiny event. : : Otherwise my congratulation for this wonderful program. : : Peter Eigler : Hi Peter, : Thank you for the feedback. I tried to reproduce this on XP Prof, but may : not be doing it exactly right... Does it matter if you have reports open? : Can you reproduce this with any of the sample portfolios? Here's what I'm : trying: : From the Main graph window choose "Investment/Sort By" and then move the : selection to over one of the sort by items, and then move the cursor to the : left, so it is over one of the investments that are currently open. I played : with this for a while, but wasn't able to reproduce this. : Thanks, : Mark : -- : Mark Beiley : : Fund Manager, portfolio management software for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/00/XP : /XP : Hi Mark, returning from a vacation, I just tried to get the fault done again, and it isn't to reproduce anymore. So it all works very fine an if the switching window is coming again, I will try to find out what other programs I will have open at same time. Meanwhile thanks a lot for the FM 6.0 prof. I hope I will earn a little more in the near future on the stock market with this technical assistance.
Reagards Peter
