I then tried to print other types of reports to see if there was a problem. They all printed completely. The problem appears to be isolated to custom reports which use the multi time period structure. Unfortunately the sample files which you suggested that I try to print do not contain enough investments to fill the more than one page which is requried for the problem to occur. It occurs only on full pages. If you have some other suggestions I am willing to try them. Bill
: The samples are located in the "Samples" sub-directory underneath wherever you : Thanks, : : : : The report I am trying to print was developed as a custom report with investment end valuations as the columns for each period. I have also found this occurs in portrait mode as well as landscape. I did try it on another computer, Panasonic, and did not have the same problem as on the HP. : : Bill : : : : : : Mark, : : : : This report was not possible on FM5 because it is one of the Multi period reports. I cannot fax the report to you because of the information it contains but I will try to describe it more clearly : : : : 1. The first column is a list of investments : : : : Thank you, : : : : Bill Putt : : : : : : : : : : I am using FM 6.0 and trying to print a multipage report in landscape. Although the first column of row identifiers prints fine, the last 1 and 1/2 rows of the numerical columns do not print. This is regardless of how much of a bottom margin I specify. I have specified a 1" bottom margin. This does not happen on the last page, only on the full pages. : : : : : : Do you have any suggestions ? : : : : : : Thank you, : : : : : : Bill Putt : : : : : Hi Bill, : : : : : Did you use to print this report in FM5 okay? What type of report is it? : : : : : Thanks, : : : Hi Bill, : : : Thanks, I understand better now. What report type is this? Does it happen : : : Thanks,
