Auto-loading Portfolio

I am running 4.XX and now when I load the software it auto loads a portfolio. I have checked the command line and do not see the switches set to auto-load. Here is the target from the icon:

"C:\Program Files\Fund Manager\fm.exE"

What do I need to do to stop the auto-load. I do not remember making any changes.
