Date in Investment Transactions Report

Hi Mark

I am using Version 4.0.326. In the Investment Transactions Report, the date of the transactions for the years 2000 onwards appears as (for example) 3/2/0 when it should appear as 3/2/00. For years 2001 and 2002, it appears as 1 and 2 instead of 01 and 02. How can I correct this error?
