Lois,
The fm.exe is what is corrupt. Please re-download FM from our web site,
and check the byte count after you have downloaded it, against the number
written on the download page. Re-install if the download byte count
is correct, and that should take care of the problem. You do not need
to uninstall the old version first.

How many times did you start the program before updating the DLL?
