Support for win 3.1 versions

Mike do u still plan to support the older win 3.1 16 bit program ?

Namingly in respect to the internet loaders the one for quicken doesnt work since they
updated their site a week ago. I`ve seen that a new version is available for version 4.xxx
but version 4.xxx doesn`t run in 16 bit ??
