Had same problem with disappearing download; was finally able to do one successfully today. The funny thing is, I emailed Mark re the problem a few days ago and he promptly sent the program as an email attachment. Although Eudora indicated that the file was attached, when I went to my eudora attachment folder, there was nothing there! Searched entire computer, hidden files, etc, but as with the previous dl's, found nothing. Was about to email Mark, but figured I'd try one more dl attempt first.
For my successful dl, I used IE, instead of my usual netscape; don't know if that was the cause for the problem.
