The quote server status check should work under 3.4. You might try again,
maybe there was some connection problem. I just tested it okay with 3.4.

The Yahoo-UK server has changed formats. New updates for the 32 bit
version of the internet retrieve module are only being released for
the 4.x versions of Fund Manager.
