Hi Don,
In older versions of FM (prior to 4.0) portfolios contained the
full path to their investments, which causes the problem you're
having now. In FM 4 and later, the paths are relative to the location
of the portfolio file itself, which solves this problem.

Given that it sounds like you have older styled portfolios, you
have a couple of choices. One, you can edit the *.mm4 portfolio files
with a text editor, to update the path of the investments. Second,
you can just re-create the portfolios. This second option is preferred,
and quite easy if you are using FM 4 or later, as you can open multiple
investments at once. From inside the "File/Open Investments..." dialog
you can select multiple investments using the Ctrl and/or Shift keys.
