VER 4.2 download error?

I posted here before and I am still without a successful download of FM 4.2.
Mark has tried to help me as much as possible but I am still out of luck.
I have tried downloading via Netsacpe 4.6 and MSIE 4.0 and neither one shows up on my computer.
Mark has sent me the program via an e-mail attachment twice and Eudora shows the link for it in the e-mail, yet it never shows up anywhere on my system.
I have never in all my years (12) downloading data had this mysterious disappearance of data or files from my system.

Has anyone an answer to this or a similar experience?
