Hi Tony,
It appears the option prices are retrieving okay, they are just
being updated for the last date that they traded. In the case of your
example (.KWQCW), it was on 11/16, so that may be appearing to you as if
it hasn't updated. Please see:

http://www.pcquote.com/cgi-bin/getquote.exe?ticker=.KWQCW

and you will note the last trade time is listed as 11/16, which is the
date FM uses to update the price for.
