Unable to load stock quotes in Fund Manager

I have been unable to load stock quotes (INT) for a time now. I get the message "ERROR 10049 returned from(connect)", when clicking O.K. the message is "WSAE:10049", followed on the next click by "Could not update any investments". Also if I try to load "Check for software updates", I get the same error message. I uploaded the newest version before I went on vacation and noted the problem upon my return. Don't know if connected to that or not. This occurs whether I'm connected to the internet at the time or not. Can you help?
