: When Quicken 2000 exports price history to a .PRN file, a fractional value is presented within double quotes ("65 1/4") but an integer value is presented without quotes (65). The imported price would show up in FM as $5.00, not $65.00.

: I know there are ways of messaging the data by using Excel, etc. but there has to be an easier way.

Hi Reeve,
That sounds like a pretty bad file format... We will have to test
this with Q2000 and fix this for the next release. I recall there use
to be an option somewhere in Quicken to control the format of
numbers (decimal or fraction) for investments, which also affected
their printing. I couldn't find this in Quicken99, so maybe it is gone,
but if it is still in there you might try specifying decimal to see
if that straightens out the printing format problem.

Thanks,
Mark
