You would need to check with Norton to be sure, but I suspect this is
because there are some 2 digit years in this csv file you've downloaded.

When FM imports historical prices from a source containing 2 digit years,
it assumes numbers less than 50 are from 21st century, and numbers greater
than 50 are from the 20th century. Once you've imported the data, it is
stored internally by FM to the full accuracy (i.e. 1999, not 99).

Fund Manager is Y2K compliant.
