Year 2000 bug Fund Manager ver 4.2.211

I believe I may have found a small y2k bug.

On printing out investment transactions into the year 2000 the date field is printing & displaying incorrectly.

eg 01 JAN 99 is displayed as 1/1/0

Presumably it should be 1/1/00.
