: Hi Mark,
: I was entering a bunch of dividend distributions for the end of December.
: Most of them were for funds that I don't currently own, but want to track their performance. The problem was when I tried to enter distributions for funds that I used to own and had recieved distributions for them in the past. I was not able to enter the Dist. per share, and the program stored 0.0000 in the Dist field.
: Thanx, Sheldon

Hi Sheldon,
FM will allow you to enter the dist./share when you own 0.000000 shares.
Adjust the displayed significant digits for shares under "Options/Preferences..."
and then use "Edit/All Data..." to make sure your share balance shows
0.000000 on the date you're recording the distributions for.

Also, make sure you have version 4.3, as there was a fix relating to this
in this version. In prior versions you had to own exactly 0.0 shares.
In 4.3, it was fixed, so as long as it was 0 out to the 6th significant digit,
then you would be prompted for the dist/share.

Thanks,
Mark
