import qif files from quickens

I imported for the fist time in '00 tonight.
The qif has a different format as of 1/3/00
Quickens qif is D1/3'0 today.
My qif file changed from D12/31/99 to D1/3'0

My fund msanager will only import to the end of 1999

Can you help?
