internet updating not showing new data

Tried updating prices from the internet using quicken.ca or the faster canada stockwatch.
The internet receiving window seems to be working but after it is finished my charts still end at
12/31/99 and looking at the "price" data there are no entries after 12/31/99. I am using 4.3 and 213 retrieve
module. Everything has worked for several months. The "portfolio performance" report will go to todays date
1/5/2000 but the report is the same since 12/31/99.
