Updating a single investment

Hi Mark & all;
I update one stock at the time by creating a Price update
portflio saving it & opening only
one stock in it at the time. The portflio remembers the internet
retrive historical setting
without changing the settings in my other portfolio's
Next time just close that investment & open another one in that portflio
