Hi Bob,
The only way you can open a password protected investment is by entering the
correct password. A common problem is the caps lock key...

If you're absolutely unable to get back into them, you can send them
to us, and we will unlock them for a fee:

$1/investment file
$10 minimum
$20 maximum

A valid registration serial number is required.
