Here are sample lines as requested:

BMET,01/03/00,40.125,40.125,36.375,38.375,1231100
WEN,01/03/00,20.625,20.625,20.063,20.063,292300
WMT,01/03/00,68.375,68.938,65.500,66.813,6398900

I tried changing the year from 00 to 99 above and it imports fine for
Biomet, Wendy's and Wal-Mart.
