: I am evaluating your software and have a question. Which report gives me the yearly rate of return on an investment? I want to take each investment and determine the return on a yearly basis. : Thanks, : David Hi David, There are 2 different yield reports you can use. There is the Return On Investment Yield report, and the Fund Performance Yield report. Both are available from under the "Reports" menu in the main graph window. These reports each display 6 different annualized yields. Each yield is for a different time period. By default the 1 year yield you requested is included as one of these 6. If you wish to adjust the term lengths see "Options/Preferences.../Yields" from the main graph window. The Return On Investment yields are the yields earned by your invested monies. The Fund Performance yields are the instrinsic yields earned by the investment itself (just looks at the share price movement, not when you invested). For the equations used, and more discussion on the yields, please see the online help topic "Yield Calculations". Thanks, Mark -- Mark Beiley
