Hi Lawrence,
For the web shortcut to work, you must have your computer set up
to open documents on the web. I believe when you install either IE or
Netscape, their installation programs do this for you. As a test, go
to "Start/Run..." and then in the "Open" edit box type in:

http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com

and choose OK. If your computer is set up to handle these shortcuts, your
browser should open this URL.
