Hi Roger,

One thing that could try is to use a screen capture program such as Hypersnap-DX. You can grab the screen and save it to a file, a .JPG for instance. Then, simply attach the file to an e-mail message.

Might not be as fast as you would like it to, but it's definitely faster than printing and scanning a paper and will yield higher quality.
