Pie Chart Colors

Is there a way to customize the colors of a printed asset allocation pie chart?
On my HP 895Cse the legend and title print in light yellow, which is totally
unreadable on white paper. I tinkered with the Options/Colors menu, but
found nothing to change the pie chart.
