Yep, lately I think the server has been overloaded. If you manually
connect during the day and try to use the free quote service, you will
see a message saying they are temporarily shutting it down to save
bandwidth for paying customers until they get a faster link. This is
usually only during peak hours, and should be ok most evenings.
