Clarify 1 fund:2 accounts??

I own the same fund in 2 separate accounts. If I've read other post correctly,
I give them separate names even though they are the same security?? ie: Fund XYZ
in a college fund account purchased last year, Fund XYZ in retirement account
purchased this year. Since different purchase points, the graphs need to be separate
I want to track the fund 3 places:
Update all funds portfolio (Used for downloading prices and backing up)
College funds
Retirement funds Would I label it XYZ (download portfolio)
XYZ1 (college portfolio)
XYZ2 (retirement portfolio)
