Hi Jim,
The "OK" and "Apply" buttons are at the bottom of this dialog. I'm
guessing that maybe you have your screen resolution and font size set
such that the entire dialog isn't fitting on your screen? This may be
possible if you are in 640 x 480 and with a large font selected for your
display.
After making the changes, you can hit the "Enter" key to select
the "OK" button, or "Alt-a" to select the "Apply" button.
