: : I have been using FM for years, registered user, and am presently running version 4.5.218. I typically start it up and then go into a memorized report that shows me the difference between the previous day's closing price and the currently reported price. I set the internet retrieval to run Monday - Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, retrieving prices every 10 minutes from Yahoo. Today, for some reason, the internet retrieval stopped working. I can only update prices by manually retrieving them. I have tried several other price servers with the same result. I don't know what has happened and have started/stopped/restarted FM several times, no change. I connect to the internet through AOL version 5, have been for several months. Any ideas?

: Jim,
: Do you mean the automated retrieval every 10 minutes stopped occuring, or
: do you mean the retrieves were attempted but failed? If the first, see
: "Options/Internet Settings.../Frequency" to make sure you still have this
: option set. If the second, do you get any error messages?

: Thanks,
: Mark

Mark,
I mean the former, the retrieves have stopped occuring. I double-checked the frequency rate and other such pertinent parameters. I don't see the dialog box anymore that used to pop up when the retrievals were occuring. I'm speaking of the box that shows the status from when it requests information from the server.

Jim
