%Gain enhancement request

Hi...Mark,

It would be nice to have a report option for "unrealized % gain".
This would be the "Tax unrlz gain FIFO" option plus dividends
divided by the "Tax basis FIFO" option. This seems like a
useful and basic option FM should have. It answers the basic
question, "What is the percentage gain/lose on my open positions?".
