Hi Masood,
If you must go through a proxy, then you need to use the proxy settings
under "Options/Internet Settings..." as you have tried. Are you sure of
the proxy name that you've specified? Do you have the right port setting?
If you're using a browser, check your proxy settings that you are using
in there, and make them the same in Fund Manager.
