But it seems that all investments are acting this way (not just 1 or 2). If you run a report for a calendar year, all investments held less than a year will show significantly higher Roi (btw) than Roi (end). I was under the impression that if an investment was held for less than a year and the report was for that year period, then the Roi (btw) and Roi (end) would be the same (annualized yields unchecked). In fact, checking and unchecking the "Annualized yields" option will cause Roi (end) to change from an unannualized to an annualized. But Roi (btw) will always remain annualized. If your reports do not do this, then maybe my program got corrupted or I have some option toggled wrong? Thanks. : : It appears that ROI (btw) always annualizes its yield, even when I have "Annualize Yields for Terms Less Than One Year" unchecked. : : For example, I have a custom report for the year 2006 (1/1/06 to 12/31/06). For an investment that was purchased in November 06: : : the %Gain (btw) and %Gain (end) are both 6.7% (sounds about right) : : Is Fund Manager supposed to be doing this? I'm running 8.2. : : Thanks and regards. : Hi Corey, : The time period of the report is already 1 year, so I don't think this would be due to annualizing the yield. If you'd like to email me this investment file (*.dat), I can take a look. : Thanks,
