: At this point, I'd suggest calling this mutual fund company and asking them if your brokerage account should be available for electronic retrieval into your portfolio management software. They likely will not have heard of Fund Manager, but you can mention "MS Money" retrieval, as Fund Manage works the same way. It may be that they make their mutual fund accounts available on their OFX server, but not this brokerage account. Another possibility is that they just need to enable this account for retrieving.

Hi Mark

The strange thing is that other brokerage accoounts under my password and user ID for the mutual fund company (Vanguard) do work for transaction retrieval. I'll call & ask. Sam.
