Hi Steve,

I just emailed your 7.x license key. If you're using the latest versions (8.x) you can upgrade online for $29 and you'll receive a new license key.

I'm not sure what caused this situation to happen right after an upgrade. This does sometimes happen slowly over time, if you keep using the "Reports" menu to create new reports, without ever closing existing ones. You can look under the "Window" menu to see a list of all your open windows. You'll have a window for each report and graph, as well as for the portfolio editor.
