Investment graphs shows no data

I now have two investments for which the graphs are "flatlined" and show no data even though FM correctly indicates the total amount in each fund and has retained all the investment transactions. In both cases this happened when I did not "save portfolio" on closing the investment itself (I did not have the portfolios open so saw no reason to save them). How do I restore the ability to see the graphs? thanks.
