: Here are a few things to check:

: 1) Use Notepad to open up the .QIF file you're importing. Do you see your transaction data in there?

: 2) During the import, make sure you are selecting "All Dates" and "All Securities".

: 3) Make sure you have the "Create New Investments as Needed" option checked.
